The key roles of the Helmsdale and District CC
To act to further the interests of their Community
To represent the views of the Community to the Highland Council and other Public Bodies operating in their area
To be consulted on planning applications withing their area
To consider exercising their power to object to the granting, renewal or transfer of liquor licences
Helmsdale and District Community Council meetings are held in the Community Centre on the first Thursday of every month at 7.30pm
(There is not a meeting in January)
