The Adam Mckenzie Family
My grt grandfather was Adam Mckenzie and came from Helmsdale he was born in 1853 his father was Alexander and his mother Jane Mckay Gordon .Adam married Isabella Birnie Watson at Pitsligo in 1876 .They emigrated to New Zealand in 1877 .Can anyone help me find out more about my family .They sailed on the Canterbury from Glasgow and on the passenger list there is a Robert and Mrs Mckay.Maybe they went to New Zealand with relatives Who knows If anyone can help me find more I would be most grateful Mrs Elizabeth Gair nee Mckenzie elizabeth@egair.wanadoo.co.uk
